(Mr.) Yoshinobu Suzuki, born on Nov 2, 1943, was Toshiba Corporate Baseball Club Director in 1974 to 1982, Toshiba Labor Section chief in Apr 1981 and Seoul 1988 Olympics Japanese baseball team director. Yoshinobu Suzuki is a typical Toshiba-Ogikai member. Toshiba Medical Corp (currently, Toshiba Medical Systems Corp) unnaturally suddenly held Dec 6, 1999 extraordinary stockholders' conference to make him Toshiba Medical President since Jan 1, 2000. (Now in Jun 2005 he is a Toshiba Medical Systems executive not president.)
I believe Yoshinobu Suzuki was Toshiba Medical President for Medical Doctor Takaya Honda v Toshiba Medical Corp Trial (in Japan).
I had watched the trial since I found Dr Honda's homepage maybe in late 2001, however, when I noticed about Yoshinobu Suzuki was Jun 1, 2005. Dr Honda held his homepage and informed the Toshiba case in Mar 2000. (Now I can't explain the trial more in detail because Dr Honda deleted his homepage for trial and I also lost the copy of Dr Honda's homepage after Dec 2004 my PC trouble.)
The press informed the affair to public on Jun 1, 2000 and first Aug 23, 2000 trial on Aug 25, 2000.
Dr Honda said Toshiba's endoscope "TRE-3000 & TGP-3000D" had a fault and the view was blur. He asked Toshiba and Toshiba checked in Dec 1999 and Toshiba said Toshiba's endoscope didn't have a fault or Honda's way to use it was wrong. Soon after the affair, Toshiba Medical Corp collaborated with Olympus in endoscope business and Toshiba stopped selling the endoscope. (I knew Toshiba collaborated with Sony in EMS (Electronics Manufacture Service) of Sony's PC soon after 1999 affairs "Abusive words to customer Akky" and "Mobile PC FDC fault".) Toshiba won the trial in Dec 2003. Dr Honda gave up. I strongly believe Toshiba mind-controlled the judge to win the trial. Before the end, I taught Honda and his supporters that I thought Toshiba had a fault but Toshiba would mind-control to win the trial.

(Mr.) Kouzou Ootagaki, born on Nov 8, 1949, was Toshiba Corporate Baseball Club Director in 1988 to 1992, Sydney 2000 Olympics Japanese baseball team director and Toshiba Fuchu Corporate Rugby Club general manager maybe in 1999 to 2002.
Toshiba Yokohama Branch President Kouzou Ootagaki, a Toshiba-Ogikai man, became also Toshiba Enlightenning Human Right director on Jun 1, 2005. (This is Toshiba's way to think Human Right.) In 1999, Kouzou Ootagaki, Tetsu Ooishi and another Toshiba General Affairs workers mind-controlled Japan's national hero Shigeo Nagashima, Yomiuri Jiants Director, to put Toshiba Corporate Baseball Club pitcher Hisanori Takahashi into professional baseball team Yomiuri Jiants. Takahashi asked them to do it. I heard from them on a day in the end of Apr 1999.
As result, a senior high school student couldn't join Yomiuri Jiants. (Sports newspapers had said Jiants always selected senior high school students in case there was no special player in selection like this year and other teams wanted Hisanori Takahashi. (But Takahashi is special for Ooishi because Toshiba spy/Morinaga employee Tetsu Ooishi (maybe formerly, a Toshiba Fuchu Baseball player) was a coach of Shutoku Senior High School Baseball Club when Hisanori Takahashi was a Shutoku Senior High School student.))
Although I knew all later. (However, I fairly say, Ootagaki didn't mind-control to win rugby games. Except Ootagaki's days, Toshiba Fuchu Rugby Club obviously does it since Tetsu Ooishi joined the club as a trainer in 1997.)

Hisanori Takahashi stated "Iwakuma's selfish makes some players anxious. I don't know why professional baseball commissioners realize only his wish ?" when scenario "Jiants would trade Jiants pitcher Takahashi for Orix pitcher Iwakuma" came up on Dec 1, 2004. Takahashi's words terribly surprised me.
(Hisanori Takahashi had become famous for his naked hip performance. It is Toshiba's performance which Tetsu Ooishi might teach Hisanori Takahashi in Shutoku Senior High School. In Apr 1999 I heard Toshiba Customer Support/former baseball player employees' calling "Take off your underwear !" at their drink party in the night and in Jul 1999 I watched Kantoh-Toshiba Information System (KIS) co-worker Katsumi Kobayashi (maybe a former Toshiba Fuchu baseball player) showed his naked hip from a window to streets at a Toshiba resort house "Denki-ya" in broad daylight. I stupidly believe before Nihonkeizai Shimbun's propaganda "Toshiba is a gentleman or graceful.", therefore, Toshiba's vulgar really surprised me.)
