Nihonkeizai Newspaper, Aug 4, 2005 - TEPCO left an error of any gas control equipment of its nuke plant Fukushima phase I unit 6 (in Japan) in 20 years.
TEPCO also pressreleased only in Japanese at http://www.tepco.co.jp/cc/press/05080301-j.html.

TEPCO concealed the name of the equipment maker to protect the maker but it would be Toshiba Corp.
Because Toshiba Corp made Fukushima phase I unit 6.
Because TEPCO's elite nuke division, which were called "Genshiryoku Mura (Nuclear Power Village)" and would be consisted of Toshiba persons, gave TV media video tape of Hitachi's malfeasance not Toshiba's malfeasance after Fukushima phase I unit 3's many breaks on Aug 23, 2002.

Toshiba spies would lead the malfeasance in TEPCO again.
