Siemens AG got a 669 million euros contract to build 60 high-speed train (sets) with its Chinese partner company, Tangshan Locomotive & Rolling Stock Works of the China Northern Locomotive & Rolling Stock Industry (Group) Corporation (CNR) on Nov 10, 2005, while Chinese President Hu Jintao went on Europe tour for UK-Germany-Spain.
The Chinese high-speed train (the CRH 3) is based on the the ICE 3 "Velaro" for Deutsche Bahn (DB AG).
The trains, which can travel at speeds of up to 300 kilometers an hour, are to be used initially on the Beijing-Tianjin route as of 2008 and will be deployed on other high-speed routes later on.

Anyway, I knew Siemens naturally got another Chinese partner (, not Changchun Railway Vehicles Co,) this time. In this case, Japanese didn't interrupt German using Toshiba's mind-control.

I also knew this later on Nov 11, 2005.

Germany's price was pretty cheap, therefore, China might take off France for the price before the bid.
I calcurated. Germany's price for a train car was 191.7M yen in new project, Canada's, 237.5M yen, Japan's, 262.5M yen and France's, 343.8M yen in Chinese Railway Upgrade Project of 5 lines.
And Japan's price maybe would be higher in new project than Germany's.

However, I care Japan will get many of 100 train sets. (I don't hope it because Toshiba Corp, the most risky World enemy, is one of 40 companies for Japan's "Shinkansen" exportation.)

France really didn't join the bid ? If France joined the bid, it will get some at Premier Wen Jiabao's visit in early December, 2005.
Did Chinese President Hu Jintao visit France on Europe tour if France didn't have a riot ?
I a little suspect Toshiba-led Japan made a riot in France using mind-control to interrupt China-France business. Because former Toshiba Chairman Taizo Nishimuro and Toshiba spy Japanese PM Junichiro Koizumi could do it enough.
