I suggest Lexar Media Inc should check former Toshiba Vice President Tsuyoshi Kawanishi, a cocksure sales manager. (Or Lexar already has checked him ?) According to his book "Shirarezaru Gijutsutaikoku Israel no Zunou" or "Unknown technology big country : Israeli brains" in English, Tsuyoshi Kawanishi, Toshiba adviser, toughly negotiated with M-systems Flash Disk Pioneers Ltd. of Israel about development of control chip for flash memory "Disk on Chip (DOC)" in Dec 1997 and in May to Jun 1998. Lexar should examine him in the law court. And in fact Kawanishi can be Toshiba person still now, even if he and Toshiba Corp say he quit Toshiba Corp in 1999 as Toshiba adviser. The both each brought idea for flash memory technology to Toshiba Corp. Toshiba Corp approved the agreement with M-systems in Jun 1998 and with Lexar in May 1997. (But Lexar Media Inc. (Cirrus Logic, Inc.) collaborated with Toshiba Corp from Dec 9, 1994.) (Of course, Toshiba Corp could steal technology also from M-systems.) by Seitaro Kanamaru, a Japanese
